Description

This episode is a follow along interval run. All you need to do is get your trainers on, go outside and press play. I guide you through the warm up, run and cool down.

We start with 6 sets of 20 second all out runs, followed with 20 seconds rest. Then 1 minute runs, followed by 30 seconds rest. Each for 1 round. You can repeat any rounds simply by rewinding the pod!
