One of my clients shared how she usually feels anxious before netball games, can’t eat and gets all the physical symptoms, but after this last block, she stepped onto court with a new team and felt calm, capable, and actually enjoyed it.
It got me thinking: confidence isn’t just about how fit you are or how much you lift. It’s a full-body, full-mind thing. So today, we’re talking about what really builds confidence—why it’s not about hype or motivation, but preparation, routine, and trust in yourself.
