I know for many of us, we might be drinking just a little more than usually now that summer is in full swing (hello weddings, BBQ’s, days by the pool, etc). If you didn’t know, alcohol can have a huge impact on your health and wellness, and could potentially hold you back from reaching your fitness goals! Alcohol’s impact on your body starts from the moment you take your first sip. While the occasional drink isn’t a cause for concern, drinking too much over time has a huge effect on us! While I’m all for a glass of wine or a good aperol spritz, moderation is key! 🍷
