Did you know it’s been estimated that between five to 10 percent of U.S. women of childbearing age have PCOS. That's about 5 million women, which makes the condition one of the most common hormonal endocrine disorders among women of reproductive age. There's so much conflicting info out there on what to do when you're struggling with PCOS, and sometimes your doctor will suggest taking metformin, ozempic and "just lose weight" as your only treatment option (which can be disheartening especially if you're already struggling to lose weight).
