Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. 

Our mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

✨ check in on your loved ones

✨ check in with yourself + allow yourself to express your emotions

✨ it’s ok not not be ok

✨ please, ask for help (it’s ok if you need it)

✨ show kindness to others (it’s free, and you never know what someone is going through)
