Elizabeth is an accredited Recovery Coach Professional and single mum to 2 teenage daughters.
It was during her own teenage years that she discovered drugs and alcohol as a way to self-medicate the feeling that she was different from everybody else and the pain of her childhood traumas.
Although she has spent her career supporting people to create healthier and vibrant lives as a Sports Massage Therapist and Life Coach she always felt like a fraud. She was ignoring her own situation and avoiding the truth. She hid from the fact that her own life was also worthy of her time, energy and compassion.
For decades she had turned to others for help but the one thing that kept her from finding the healing and change she so deeply desired was not being vulnerable and totally honest with herself and the people around her.
