- 1 box/bag of red lentil or chickpea pasta

- 1 can coconut cream

- nutritional yeast

- 2 cloves fresh garlic

- italian seasoning

- dried basil seasoning

- red chili flakes (optional)

- ancient kosher sea salt

- black pepper

- Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins brand)

- Raw cashews
