This week I got to reconnect with one of Arizona’s strong leaders, Laurie Doering. Laurie brought great energy and great
wisdom. One of my favorite moments was when she was speaking about the questions she reflects on regarding candidates when hiring. She asks:
1) Are you a positive person?
2) Are you a team player?
3) Are you coachable?
