Pillar 6 is exercise. I know, I know....everybody says you should need to exercise to be healthy. But why? What are the exact benefits? My view of exercise changed when I changed my view of the actual benefit. "I am training to be 90." This is my motto. Exercise has nothing to do with weight loss in my opinion. The moment you separate exercise and weight loss you will see the benefit.
Pillar 7 is fasting. It is such a simple word to say but the actual science behind this technique is larger than the word. We all fast at baseline (most of us do not eat when we are asleep). How can I use this to my benefit?
