Welcome back! This week, we are discussing our coined term: burnover! Burnout is prevalent in health and human sectors, like behavior analysis. Burnout is an indicator for turnover taking place down the line. Turnover can lead to companies losing money in their replacement of roles. If organizations want to help their bottom line financially, they need to take care of the well-being of their employees first!
