Here's my breakdown on how many games I think the Jaguars are going to win in 2023!
Week 1 @ Colts: W
Richardson will not be ready and Minshew won't beat us
Week 2 vs. Chiefs: L
Mahomes is still a football God. But if I like the chances of us taking them down in playoffs
Week 3 vs. Texans: W
Stroud won't be ready
Week 4 vs. Falcons: W
Ridder will not be ready
Week 5 vs. Bills: W
We've got the London crowd on our side, and Doug P will analyze how the Bengals neutralized Buffalo in the playoffs. I think our win here pushes Buffalo to trade for Nuk before the deadline.
Week 6 vs. Colts: W
The Colts don't win at Everbank.
Week 7 @ Saints: L
This is a trap game, where we lose against a team we're technically better than. If Michael Thomas is out, we take this one. But playing in the Big Easy is not well, easy.
Week 8 @ Steelers: W
Kenny Pickett is not Trevor Lawrence. We could lose this or the Saints game, but I don't see us losing them both
Week 9: BYE WEEK
Week 10 vs 49ers: L
They are just too loaded everywhere
Week 11 vs Titans: W
Mike Vrabel is always scary. The rest of the Titans roster however, is not
Week 12 @ Texans: W
Again, maybe a trap game. But if we've lost to the Saints or Steelers already, Doug P won't let us overlook this one. Stroud still barely has weapons
Week 13 vs Bengals: L
The Bengals just keep dominating despite losing players in free agency. I don't think that stops here.
Week 14 @ Browns: W
Also a trap game, but Deshaun Watson is a trash human and player now.
Week 15 vs. Ravens: W
I don't think we have the Ravens' number, but it seems like all of our pivotal, season turning games occur against them. This time, it'll be that a win puts the Jag in place for the No. 1 AFC Seed.
Week 16 @ Buccaneers: W
It's not like we'll rest starters, but we're not losing here.
Week 17 vs Panthers: W
I hope the Panthers do well this year. They'll still be missing a weapon for Bryce Young to take the next step so no win for them here.
Week 18 @ Titans: W
With the No. 1 seed on the line, we channel that Titans hate into a dub
