When Chari struggled to find the right resources and support from a larger community after her miscarriage, she took matters into her own hands. In 2017, she released the comic "Miscarried," which narrates her experience. With the support of actress Mayim Bialik, who shared the comic with her audience, it reached an even wider readership. The feedback was overwhelming, as people who resonated with Chari's story felt seen and supported.
Recently, Chari launched her debut cartoonmentary of the same name, marking the first of many to come. Through her creative talents, she aims to help others feel less isolated in their challenges and struggles.
