Izzy and Viktor chat in-depth about the importance of tackling sadness with camp and humor and the ongoing fight to create more spaces where queer musicians and queer femme music fans feel safe.

Prince Johnny (they/them) is the brainchild of Brooklyn-based queer Belarusian singer-songwriter Viktor Vladimirovich. Their sound casts a wide stroke of influences, taking inspiration from the likes of Regina Spektor, Fiona Apple, and Amanda Palmer. Their music has been praised in Angry Grrrl Music, Atwood Magazine, Bands do BK, and more! In 2019, they founded the Troubadour Lounge, a series of concerts that showcase independent queer singer-songwriters and raises money for organizations to help queer homeless youth. Their newest EP, "Stupid Sex," is now available on all streaming platforms.
