Dan grew up in the American Evangelical church, steeped in-laws, expectations, and tradition.
As Dan moved into adulthood, through military service, marriage, divorce, the lessons of the world continued to contradict the expectations the Church had laid out for him.
Dan's story is about leaving behind the unfruitful tree of faith and finding new reasons for meaning in a world without the need for the rules of his childhood.
