Description

How do you ask for a raise?

1- Work your ass off!! -Show the work that you can do BEFORE promising what you may be able to do!

2- Ask for a review and review yourself too.  -Be honest about the review that you give yourself and find out what your boss thinks you need to improve upon.

3- Have a dollar amount in your head, for how much you want to make! -Don't allow yourself to settle, if you don't get the amount that you were asking for, ask "What can I do to make $X?" OR "What does your dream employee do in this position?" Or "What is the most important thing to you that I should be doing, every day or now?"

Always be willing to ask (and receive) the question "How can I do better?" It's really hard to be the perfect employee, but these questions here can get you one step closer to becoming the best employee ever!

So go work your ass off, find out what you can do better, get a review and get your RAISE!

GOOD LUCK!!
