Beliefs. Where do they come from? How are they formed?
Today I give you an overall over lay of what beliefs are and how they are formed in our lives.
What is your emotional overall state? Are you stressed, anxious, burdened?
Are you filled with love, joy, peace, patience?
When you check the meanings you have attached to certain experiences of your life, you are challenging your beliefs. Beliefs=experience+meaning you have attached to it.
Sit down and think about your life and the experiences that have shapped you life.
Make a list today by answering these questions today:
What is your overall emotional state?
What thoughts are you meditating on that is making you feel that way?
Who told you that?
Is it true in the contect of your life?
Is the meaning you attach to a present sitution tied to the past?
Is this reality now?
How can you change your perspective?
