Under WAC 246.100.00 they want to allow local health officer's to use law enforcement to force an emergency order to involuntarily detain a person or group of persons (family) to be isolated in a quarantine facility under WAC 246.100.045 following refusal to voluntarily comply with requests for medical examination, testing, treatment, counseling and vaccinations. Will include Cov-d 19 injections for school immunization requirements using 246.105
