On today's episode, I'm joined by fellow podcaster Geno Ray. Geno has a wild story, full of twists and turns, adventure, joy, loss, depression, sobriety, love, creativity, and so much more. This episode dives deep into the tragic loss of Geno's first born son, his reactions to that tragedy, and how he pulled himself out of a dark place and has found the joy in his own life, his new son and his family to create a positive life after loss. I really enjoyed this conversation, and appreciate Geno's perspective on the silver linings of loss and life.
