In 1997, over Phoenix, Arizona, three to five very bright, brilliant, glowing lights were sighted 100 to 150 miles in the sky moving southeast towards Tucson, Arizona. This event was witnessed by thousands of people reporting the same incident to local authorities. Was it a mass hallucination, unknown weather event, or simply just flares from the U.S Government?
