An adobe house from that period still stands on the grounds and is believed by some to be the oldest surviving structure in Sedona. It was eventually purchased by Bob Bradshaw in 1960. Starting in 1992, when Linda Bob Bradshaw's wife, claimed to have started seeing UFOs, Dinosaurs, Interdimensional portals, bigfoot and more on the land, stories and conspiracies started gaining traction.
