The Perron family moved to the Arnold Estates in the early 1970's and on the first night, they already stated to have been hearing and seeing mysterious, weird things. They lived there for 8 years, with constant horrifying experiences, until they sold the property to Jacqueline Nuñez in 1980 for 1.57 million, who owned the property up until may 2022.
