Meet and share conversation with, Michelle MacLuckie. With over 30 years in education, Michelle utilizes her knowledge of how people learn to inspire individuals to grow their interests in whole foods plant-based (WFPB)nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and the mind-body connection. In addition to her masters in education, Michelle holds certification in WFPB cooking from Rouxbe Culinary School.

Her beliefs are that what we ingest daily, not just through food, but through our

connections, communities, and life choices can significantly influence our health outcomes over

time. Weaving her beliefs into both her personal and professional relationships cultivates a fun and healthy journey for all. Using the science of habit formation and a brain-based instructional approach,

Michelle not only supports people in making small changes, she shares tools that have ever-lasting

impacts in their lives.
