Wherever the number 3 shows up in your life, it's generally an omen of creativity, communication, optimism, and curiosity! The number 3 is also associated with self-achievement, creativity, self-expression, wealth, knowledge, peace, wisdom, harmony, and things coming full circle. 3 is a number of completion as well as creation.
Over the last 3 years this journey in podcasting and business has stretched me in a multitude of ways and has helped me to experience what it's like to fully give your all to your brand and your business. What started out as a way for me to express myself and connect with my audience has now turned into a full blown business and blooming into a media group, that I had no idea that I would create!!!
There have been many challenges, changes, wins, losses, growth, connections, celebrations, and moments of heartache and sadness too!!
Through all of it our goal has continued to be a resource and to serve as a catalyst and outlet to our community towards better health physically, emotionally: with an emphasis on positive body image and self-love, and mental wellness. We also aim to bridge the gap and become a resource in business education, financial literacy and wealth building through various outlets.

It is no small feat to have made it to 3 years and I'm grateful for every step that has gotten us this far. I'm grateful for every brand ambassador, every personality, every team member, my personal support system, every subscriber, follower, and those that make it a priority to watch and engage with us no matter what!!!
