There's an ever-present disconnect between the Black man and woman that needs to be addressed, but not in this he said, she said..... Battle of the sexes, I'm not listening to you if you're not listening to me kinda way!!! We need to take the opportunity to truly find the space to connect with one another and hear each other's perspective on how to close some of the space that continues to create the clash of the Titans so to speak.
There are plenty of books that bring ideas to light to be able to have the discussion like The Conversation by Hill Harper (one of my favorites), that discusses several solutions that we'll be going over tonight at 8PM EST/7PM CST.
