Language is a powerful tool in the battle against mental health stigma. The words we choose when describing mental disorders have a real impact on individuals struggling with these conditions.
No matter what you are facing, you don’t have to go at it alone. It’s ok to ask for help!!!

-expressing regret
-accepting responsibility
-genuinely repenting
-making restitution
-requesting forgiveness
