Often our day to day habits and actions run on auto-pilot, with not much conscious awareness or intention behind them. We are juggling all the things and don't believe we have the time or energy to look at our habits, see if they are serving us, and start creating new ones that may be more helpful for us.

In this episode, I talk about why self-trust is important help us check in with how we desire to feel, and how to develop small actions and habits that align with the feelings we desire.

You deserve to feel how you want to feel and you have more power in creating this than you may currently believe.
