This week, I describe the 5 different subtypes of the imposter syndrome, and discuss how we can start to pay attention when these unhelpful thought patterns are showing up for us, and how we can start to challenge the accuracy of these thoughts and beliefs to make a shift. As always, we're focused on PROGRESS, not perfection!
