When you’re so busy you barely have time to brush your teeth, it’s easy to overlook or brush off physical symptoms, or changes in your mood, relationships, behaviors and habits.

Today I discuss WHY we need to actually pay attention to these symptoms, and use them as clues to how we are really doing, how taxed our system is, and why it matters.

We are so used to putting ourselves last on the list. But this has short and long-term consequences for our physical, mental and emotional health.

I want you to believe that 2024 (i.e. NOW) is the year to prioritize yourself, turn your lens inward, invest time and energy in YOURSELF, and take it all in, with the support of a community of other women.... so you can live, parent, work, and BE your highest level self.
