Amanda's White Chicken Chili

• McCormick White Chicken Chili Packet (1-2 depending on the amount of chicken. I used one packet to one lb of chicken.)
• 1 can Rotel
• 1 -2 lbs Rotisserie Chicken or 4 cans of Chicken
• 1 large chicken broth
• Water to desired consistency
• 1/2 large block Velvetta Cheese
• Cumin 1/2 tsp or to taste
• Garlic Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste
• 2 cans Navy beans

• Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
