In this episode, I chat with Mr. Kevin Ernste. Mr. Ernste is a composer, performer, and educator specializing in electronic and electroacoustic music. He teaches at Cornell University, where he directs the Cornell Electroacoustic Music Center and is a founding member of the Cornell Avant-Garde Ensemble. His works, such as Nisi, Numina, and Birches, combine acoustic and electronic sound in innovative ways and have been performed internationally by ensembles including the JACK Quartet and Ensemble Paris Lodron.
