I interviewed Avigail Gimpel. Avigail is an author, educator, college lecturer, speaker, but the title she's most proud of is as she puts it “I'm A mom of six rock star kids, most diagnosed with ADHD. As an educator dealing with students who grappled with ADHD symptoms and my own children being diagnosed with ADHD, Avigail has earned my stripes! She embarked on an intense search into the research and as she stated (turning up unexpected results), Avigail studied and applied the best programs available, and developed many of her own systems. As a result, it gave birth to her compelling book HyperHealing. HyperHealing is a result of over twenty-five years of research, development, and application of cutting-edge intervention programs for her clients, children, and hundreds of students. I truly encourage my listeners that if they have families, friends, or someone that they know is dealing with this challenging medical diagnosis, please get them a copy of her work.
