My interview with Cathy Nesbitt

I interview Cathy Nesbitt. Cathy is a Health and Wellness Advocate. Cathy is the Founder of Cathy's Crawly Composters (est 2002), Cathy's Sprouters, and Cathy's Laughter Club. She is a multi-award-winning environmental innovator who uses workshops and inspirational speaking to motivate people to live a more sustainable life. Cathy is an avid cyclist and gardener. She's on a mission to put worms in every living space. Indoor composting with worms. You can imagine that not everyone wants to have worms in the house. Cathy started her worm empire (Cathy's Crawly Composters) in 2002. Although she believes worms will play an ever-increasing role in waste management, soil production, and therefore food security, she stated that it is essential that we learn how. Cathy is also known as Cathy Crawly Laughing Bean Queen. She offers simple solutions for some of today's challenges—worms for amending the soil, sprouts for eating, and laughter for overall health and wellness. Cathy told us that Laughter yoga came to her when she struggled with all the negative energy folks were sending her way about her essential mission. Daily laughter is now a considerable part of her health plan. Laughter is the best medicine. Cathay is very fond of saying that you need your daily D.O.S.E.? dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins. The love drugs. Laughter is a beautiful form of self-love.
