I interview Erica Wiederlight, also known as Mama Bear. She's a podcaster, Blogger, the CEO of We The Light, LLC, a certified VITA sex, love, and relationship coach with a focus on conscious dating and sexuality, a certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Angel Card Reader. Erica was trained extensively under Mama Gena, Gabby Bernstein, Layla Martin, and Sheila Kelly. Erica states that her transition from traditional life coach to sex, love, and relationship work came from a place of need within herself, as she described she was diving into the deep unlearning, de-conditioning, and growth in the area of relationship and sex. She did this while dealing with chronic anxiety, hatred of her body, self-doubt, short-changing, and depriving herself of her true needs to finally come to a halt. Erica has studied with some of the best teachers in the realm of trauma, sexuality, pleasure, and dating. Erica said that this work has shaken her to the core time and time again. She believes in the work and that is why she is passionate about helping those who desire similar results. She reminds her clients that they can still have legendary love, develop an epic relationship with their sexuality and sensuality, and genuinely feel pleasure and embody confidence.
