I interviewed Fabienne Lindholm. Fabienne is an international wellness expert, author, speaker, and Influencer. Her story started in 1967 in the small town of St. Claude, France. At the age of 16, she decided to move to the big city of Lyon, where she embarked on a new journey of beauty and wellness, which became the foundation of her future. Years later, she moved to Chicago to experience American life and educate professionals about European beauty and well-being, where she lived for 25 years. Her international career in the spa and skincare industry expanded, which allowed her to work with many different cultures. She stated that "although skincare is a passion of mine, and I absolutely love giving authentic recommendations, sharing knowledge became more important to me; that is when the industry’s education section allowed me to inspire people".
Fabienne has coached hundreds of young and mature professionals to define their paths. Inspiring confidence is her mento, and it is impossible to teach without inspiring the individual first. Every day she wakes up and asks herself how she can inspire people or anyone around her for that matter. Fabienne is a world traveler and stated that due to her listening skills and solution-driven approach everywhere around the world, whether in the French Alps, Paris, Chicago, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Montreal, and many more places worldwide, guiding her audience toward a solution has fulfilled her. As an authentic and bold speaker, the values that she has learned from her world experience are the pillar of who she is and what she has to offer. She also stated that she will never say something just to be nice… her guiding philosophy is: ”if you do not have nice things to say, just do not say anything at all, authenticity is one of her key values interlaced with so many more that she will share in the future.
