I interviewed Jamie Ellis. Jamie is a Certified Professional Coach, Communications Strategist, Speaker, and Author. She was a former Marketing Executive turned career coach who launched two businesses during the pandemic and is currently writing her first book which is scheduled for publication in May 2022. This book she states is a book about the journey after a wave of growth - when people and things in your life fit differently. The book is designed to teach you how to surround yourself with relationships that bring you joy, how to reorganize the ones that need adjustments and sunset the ones that don't serve you right now. Jamies's life in the corporate world was successful from the outside, she was a Director by 27 and a Vice President by 30. She was on her way to her next milestone: CMO by 35 and she was on track. But as she state in her story on the inside, she felt miserable, unable to find reasons to justify my lack of fulfillment, she continued following the plan. However, everything began to change and propelled her to begin her journey of self-development. From overcoming chronic hip pain, abruptly losing her high-paying executive job, and overcoming all obstacles she is now coaching professionals and ordinary people to better understand themselves and redefine their careers path.
