I interviewed Tom Glaser. Tom is a psychologist and life coach with over 30 years of experience. Tom is also the author of the Amazon bestseller 'Full Heart Living: Conversations with the Happiest People I Know,' Following the unhappiest period of his adult life, Tom set out to find how nine of the happiest people he knows got that way. These nine exceptionally happy but otherwise ordinary people shared how they honor their strengths and weaknesses, connect with their true passions and enrich their lives and those around them.

Self-compassion provides a potent antidote. This experiential workshop introduces meditation practices that help open our hearts to self-acceptance and self-love.
