Introducing Drew Shepard, head coach of the Indianapolis Alleycats. Drew used to play for the Alleycats back in their very first season in 2012; he is now entering his 2nd season as head coach!
Last season the Alleycats improved to a 9-3 record, Drew looks to build on that success this season. As the preseason and training camps come to a close the new focus is on the beginning of the season. Drew dives into the ins and outs of all the prep that goes into this process from a player and coaches standpoint.
Drew is a well rounded coach, who understands his strengths and weaknesses, allows for a balanced coaching staff, and looks to make this team and its players holistically better.
