Gaia Van der Esch is managing director of a global movement to build a world with zero exclusion, zero carbon and zero poverty called 3ZERO. Her organization supports over 20 million people living in contexts of crisis every year. She previously led the G20 EMPOWER alliance, working with CEOs and ministers across G20 countries to advance policies and actions that empower women in the workforce. Selected in 2017 by Forbes in its 30 under 30 list. Gaia has authored 2 books, the latest one Leading Our Way is to be published this year. It is a book about re-defining leadership where she interviews influential women like Diane Von Furstenberg and Gloria Steinem and suggests themes and tips for women's empowerment.
