Description

In this episode, we talk to Joan Virginia Allen. She describes herself as an explorer, genuinely curious and someone who makes a difference.  Joan lives in Ojai, California in the USA.

At the age of 85, Joan wants to get people excited about changing the paradigm of aging. She opens up about her sabotaging voice and all the ways it tries to undermine her ability and to limit her. She describes how this inner critic manifests, how she identifies it and ultimately how she directs it. Through coming face to face with her negative voice, Joan describes a journey of dynamic aging while learning about herself and exploring unlimited possibilities… which she expands through curiosity and listening. Tune in to find out how “making a difference” for Joan actually begins with herself.
