Description

In this episode, we talk to Blair. He describes himself as resilient, determined, and compassionate. Blair lives in the US.

Blair tells us about sitting on a comma with a work role that did not align with his values and purpose. When faced with unpleasant feedback from his environment and peers, he realized that there was a larger message being delivered that spoke to his sense of ownership, agency and accountability. Tune in to hear what Blair means when he says “feedback is a gift”.
