In this episode, we talk to Mark Wigginton. He is grateful, evolving and generous. Mark lives in the United States.
Mark tells us about sitting on a series of commas with three phases of his life. After spending years of his life serving the needs of those in recovery, Mark found himself falling into the same choices and behaviors that his clients were trying to escape. Living a double life, he walked away from the helping role and went deeper into a new life meant to escape his stress and overwhelm… but ultimately compounded it into a critical moment of turnaround. Through a change of direction and refocusing on himself, Mark literally ran his way into an intentional life. Tune in to hear what Mark means when he says “I hit my semicolon and ended up in handcuffs”.
