Believe me, I tried to work even MORE into that title (I couldn't come up with a clever enough Cory Booker reference). But folks, it's yet another week of Philadelphia sports topics and professional amateur analysis, courtesy of Mike, Bob and Jeff. First, it's all about the DUM DUM Tush Push potential BANNING controversy happening at the league meetings. Don't believe the malarkey about player safety, they don't really care. They hate us cuz they ain't us, is pretty much it.
Next, it's the home opening week for the Phillies, and we highlight a player who has been busting out with some impressive stats, due to more playing time. Is it SOSA FEVER time? Maybe. It's early April.
Then we discuss the John Tortorella firing as HC of the Flyers. We understand the reasoning, and we look forward to another former Flyer likely to replace him. Really, I think the Flyers plan is to find any former Flyer or Phantom and give them a job. Maybe not a bad plan!
