Mindfulness Challenge Day 2! Today’s focus is breath connection. I like to think of mindfulness as simply returning to the breath. Be sure to practice this at least 3 times today. Anytime you feel yourself getting stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, come back to your breath. Enjoy! See you tomorrow x
