We already know that deciding to start a family that you are biologically connected to is a hurdle that becomes that much more challenging to navigate when neither partner (if you have one) has a uterus. Add to this the laws that make surrogacy illegal in your country of residence and you have a whole other mountain to climb. Where do you find funding? Where do you look for a donor? Where do you look for a surrogate? What are the laws in the place you are looking at going AND what are the laws you will have to work through when you get home??
