A little over 45 years ago, Stanley Bronstein was an 18-year-old college freshman at the University of Texas who weighed close to 300 pounds. Roughly 15 years later, his weight maxed out at 367 pounds when he was in Law School. Stanley now weighs in at 145 pounds. This was done with no drugs and no surgeries. In this episode, Stanley tells his story of how he walked thousands of miles, lost the weight to overcome obesity, and created his program The Way of Excellence.
Stanley is a CPA, attorney, author and a professional walker, as he likes to call himself. Serving as a catalyst for change, Stanley has devoted his life to helping others to change their lives. His goal is to not only change lives, but ultimately change the country and the world! He has lectured extensively at the world class Canyon Ranch Spa in Tucson, AZ as well as other venues. Stanley's lectures include wisdom on various topics such as personal excellence, productivity enhancement, motivation, and change.
As you can see, Stanley has made quite a few changes in his life.
