February 31st is a day that is not on the physical calendar; however it is on our mental calendars. February 31st is a metaphor for a day that never comes, as we wait for the perfect time to start or finish a goal. February 31st is a could’ve, should’ve, would’ve moment we actually look forward to, but most don’t get their lives in order before time runs out.
