Each meeting is made up of three parts, first we have the prepared speeches, then we have impromptu speaking, and finally we have time for feedback and recommendations.
We meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. We would love to have to stop by and join us for a meeting.
CONNECTICUT MARITIME HERITAGE FESTIVAL
SEPTEMBER 12 - 15, 2019
The Connecticut Maritime Heritage Festival is a four day annual celebration promoting the State of Connecticut’s maritime heritage and spirit of innovation in conjunction with Connecticut Maritime Heritage Week. The Festival will attract more than 60,000 visitors this year to the historic Port of New London waterfront including individuals and families who experience unique tours aboard a fleet of boats including U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard ships and historic schooners. Festival events include a Captains and Crew welcome party, Family STEM & Infotainment Zone, Family Arts & Fun Zone, the burning of Benedict Arnold by costumed reenactors, live music and the 7th annual "Chowder Challenge.”
