Andrea embarked on a journey six weeks ago to use the strategy of Mini Habits for Weight Loss (from the book "Mini Habits for Weight Loss: Stop Dieting. Form New Habits. Change Your Lifestyle without Suffering" by Stephen Guise). to lose weight, build strength, build endurance and taking more joy in her body. She shares the mini habit she has employed and the incredible progress that she has made in a short amount of time.

Her goal is to lose weight and keep it off by making a permanent change in her lifestyle not simply doing another diet for weight loss. She has determined to make her weight loss journey public for 2023 and invites you into this journey to make change in your life as well. There is atomic power in habits and creating a mini habit is a great way to get started on making change in an area of your life that has been painful, shameful, or where you have failed repeatedly.
