Description

Lee thought yoga was a “girl thing.” When a friend suggested he try it, he was suffering from serious back pain, using epidurals to deal with the pain,  and was willing to give it a shot. Since then he has found that yoga has not only helped his back, but also stopped his chronic migraines and helped him feel better at the age of 71 than he has in 20 years.
