Sometimes our habits support us by helping us to efficiently make moves in our career and life. Other times, our habits can bring us down through unproductive actions and spinning thoughts or feelings. But when we identify our habits, and then without judgment find ways to shift the ones that don't help us out, we get to create more of what we want. We get to use our brains in the way they're designed to create new habits that build us up. And we get to forgive ourselves when we feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and learn to release them so we can make changes.
